LML/LMF Type:
1. Place The Gauge On The Workbench And Adjust The Ground Corner Screws To Make The Level Water Soak In The Center And Keep It In Use For A Long Time.
2. Open The Sealing Nut Of The Water Level Controller And Pull Out The Inner Wool Rope.
3. Pour Distilled Water (The Temperature Of The Distilled Water Should Be ± 1°C From The Ambient Temperature) Into The Socket Of The Thermometer Or Pressure Gauge Until The Distilled Water Comes Out Of The Water Level Controller.
Stop Pouring The Distilled Water As It Flows Out. When The Excess Distilled Water Flows Out Of The Water Level Controller Hole Along The Wool Rope Completely (About 5 Minutes Without Dripping A Drop), Retract The Wool Rope Into The Water Level Controller Seal Nut And Tighten The Seal Nut.
4. Install The Thermometer And Pressure Gauge (10Pa For Each Small Division)
5. Connect The Gas Lines In The Direction Of Air Intake And Exhaust, And Seal Them.
6. Open The Gas Valve And The Instrument Will Be Ready For Pre-Operation. Readings Can Be Taken After Several Weeks Of Pre-Operation.
BSD/BSDF Type:
1. Place The Gauge On The Workbench, Adjust The Ground Corner Screws So That The Water Bubble Of The Level Is Centered, And Keep It In Use For A Long Time.
2. Open The Screw At The Top Of The Needle Tip Reflector, Fill The Machine With Distilled Water Or No. 5 White Oil, And Use The Principle Of Liquid Level Needle Tip Reflector Imaging To Clearly Observe The Change In Liquid Level As Shown In Figure (1) , Adjust The Water Level To The Correct Position, And Tighten The Screw At The Top Of The Needle Tip Reflector.
3. Install The Thermometer And The Pressure Gauge. (10Pa Per Small Division).
