   The HG-MTLG Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Meter Is A New Generation Of High Precision Liquid Level Measuring Level Meter Developed By Using The Principle Of Magnetostriction. It Has The Characteristics Of High Precision, High Reliability, Long Life, High Stability, Compact Structure, Strong Environmental Adaptability, Convenient Installation And So On. Compared With Other Principles Of Liquid Level Gauges, It Has Obvious Advantages. Can Be Widely Used In Petroleum, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food And Other Tanks, Pools, Tank Level Monitoring, Measurement And Control. The Product Conforms To The Requirements Of Gb3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment For Explosive Gas Environment Part 1 General Requirements" And Gb3836.2-2000 " Electrical Equipment For Explosive Gas Environment Part 2 Flameproof Type" D ".
   The HG-MTLG Mainly Composed Of Measuring Rod, Electronic Warehouse And Non-Contact Floating Ball Set On The Measuring Rod. A Magnetostrictive Wire (Waveguide Wire) Is Installed In The Measuring Rod. The Measuring Rod Is Made Of A Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel Tube, Which Protects The Waveguide Wire Very Well.

   When The Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Meter Is Working, The Pulse Generator In The Electronic Chamber Sends Out A Starting Pulse. When This Starting Pulse Is Transmitted In The Waveguide Wire, It Generates A Rotating Magnetic Field Moving In The Direction Of The Waveguide Wire. When This Magnetic Field Meets The Permanent Magnetic Field In The Float Ball, It Generates A Magnetostrictive Stretching Effect, Causing The Waveguide Wire To Twist And Generate A Constant Speed Mechanical Wave. This Mechanical Wave Propagates In Two Directions. The Mechanical Wave Reaching The End Of The Measuring Rod Is Absorbed By The Damper. The Mechanical Wave Transmitted Back To The Electronic Chamber Is Sensed By The Energy Pickup Mechanism Installed In The Electronic Chamber And Converted Into The Corresponding Current Pulse. The Energy Pickup Mechanism Calculates The Time Difference Between The Two Pulses To Accurately Measure The Height Of The Measured Liquid Level.

Working Principle of Magnetostrictive Level Gauge
   
   The Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Gauge Is Mainly Composed Of Three Parts: Electronic Transmitter, Floating Ball, And Detection Rod. When Working, The Floating Ball Rises Or Falls With The Liquid Level Along The Conduit. The Floating Ball Is Equipped With A Permanent Magnet And Forms A Magnetic Field Around It; The Electronic Transmitter Periodically Sends Out A Current Pulse, Called The Initial Pulse, Which Propagates Down The Magnetostrictive Line. , A Magnetic Field Is Also Generated Around It During The Downward Movement; The Moment The Two Magnetic Fields Meet, A Torsion Force Is Generated, Which Acts On The Magnetostrictive Line To Form A Return Pulse. The Pulse Travels Upward At A Fixed Speed And Is Received By The Electronic Transmitter. Using The Principle Of Weidmann Effect (The Working Principle Of Magnetostriction), And By Means Of Modern Advanced Electronic Technology, The Liquid Level Height Can Be Accurately Measured By Measuring The Time Interval Between The Initial Pulse And The Return Pulse. The Liquid Level Gauge Produced By This Method Is The Most Accurate, Simple, Stable, Reliable And Mature Product In The Field Of Liquid Level Measurement. Especially In The Common Environment Such As Small Range, Normal Temperature And Normal Pressure, It Has Unique Advantages And Is Incomparable With Other Measurement Methods.
