Integrated Side Top Mounted Powder Tuning Fork Level Switch for Solid Measurement
HG-FLS Series Tuning Fork Level Switch Uses The Signal Of The Electronic Circuit To Excite The Crystal In The Fork Body, So That The Fork Body Of The Tuning Fork Vibrates At A Fixed Frequency. When The Fork Body Is Completely Submerged By The Material To Be Tested, The Vibration Frequency Of The Fork Body Occurs Change, The Electronic Circuit Of The Instrument Will Automatically Detect This Change And Convert It Into A Switch Signal Output By The Relay For On-Site Alarm Or Remote Control. When The Material Leaves The Fork, The Instrument Returns To Normal Working State And Continues To Detect The Change Of Level.
The Tuning Fork Level Switch Can Be Widely Applied To Detect The Min. And Max. Level In Tanks, Silos And Hoppers Filled With Materials Of Different Densities And State. The Following Is A List Of Applications.
It Is Applicable To The Max. And Min. Level Detection Of The Tanks Or Tubes Filled With Various Solid / Liquid Media. The Product Has A Variety Of Applications, Such As In The Chemical Fiber Industry, Rubber Industry, Tire Industry, Cement Industry, Steel Industry, Food Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, And Animal Feed Factories In Terms Of The Level Detection For The Bins Of The Raw Material / Process / Finished Products.
