Multi SP DP Temperature Signal Intelligent Multi-Variable Differential Pressure Transmitter DP Flow Meter
The HGPDT-MV Simultaneously Measures Three Independent Process Variables And Provides Dynamic Calculations OF Fully Compensated Mass Flow Rates For Vapor And Liquid, As Well As Standard Volumetric Flow Rates For Gases. It Measures Differential And Absolute Pressure From A Single Sensor And Process Temperature From A Standard Pt 100 Resistance Temperature Detector (Rtd). Flow Calculations Include Pressure And/Or Temperature Compensation As Well As More Complex Variables Such As Flow Coefficient, Thermal Expansion, Reynolds Number And Compression Coefficient.
HGPDT-MV Includes Flow Equations For Vapor, Gas, And Liquid, So You Only Need One Model For Your System. It Can Also Measure Static Pressure Using Integrated Or Remote Electronics And Has An Optional Hart Output. Many Plants Use Simplified Mass Flow Equations To Calculate Mass Flow In The Host Computer. HGPDT-MV Fully Compensates For Over 25 Different Parameters, Resulting In A 5X Improvement In Flow Performance Compared To Uncompensated Dp Flow. Aldpt-Mv Is Ideally Suited For Use With Smc'S Acone Primary Flow Elements.
